Sterling Legal Nurse Consulting works with attorneys and professional liability insurers as experts in the medical field. A CLNC® consultant specializes in medical and nursing malpractice cases, general negligence cases, products liability (both medically and non-medically related), toxic torts and environmental cases, workman’s comp and workplace injury cases, criminal cases, and any other case where health, illness or injury is an issue. We offer comprehensive education on the specific medical issues involved in your case. We’ll interview clients, medical professionals, administrators, witnesses, and potential expert witnesses along with you. We’ll assist in laying out the case. We’ll help you prepare or respond to interrogatories. We’ll sit in on depositions and evaluate opposition’s responses.
