Assisted in development of first overseas camp for seriously ill children, founded by Paul Newman. Led fundraising in the U.S. and Europe to build and operate new facility and program in County Kildare, Ireland. Coached staff and board regarding all aspects of starting up a new nonprofit organization, including budget and finance, fundraising, capital design and construction, program design and implementation, governance, public relations, and volunteer relations.

Led the Conservancy's first campaign to raise $50 million as Campaign Director. As VP for Development and Public Relations, led team managing fundraising, communications, and board development. As Vice President & CFO, managed personnel, finance, and visitor programs. Favorite accomplishment was introducing free fishing rods and bait at the Harlem Meer visitor center, helping to create family-centric activities in a once-neglected area of Central Park.
