My HR journey encompasses all levels within an organization, from leading customer-focused cultures to sourcing, hiring, training and retaining sought-after corporate talent, and to the creation of advanced leadership programs and initiatives that drive revenue and corporate growth. I'm known for building innovative, inclusive environments that are grounded in strong financial and business health.As a Chief DEI leader, I established transformative initiatives to promote culture change such as launching an Inclusion Summit attended by over 300 employees, forming an active DEI Council and creating four employee resource groups (ERGs) that resulted in a 10% increase in engagement scores. These activities led to the emergence of internal thought leaders who advanced a culture of inclusion.My approach to building and leading high-performing teams is based on collaboration, transparency and engagement.
