Responsible for the Customer Service department and re-designed the post-booking customer journey.This began with the documentation provided at the time of booking right through to the final travel/ ticketing information and the feedback and evaluation process for each holiday. The information provided is now regularly praised both in our own feedback and on external websites such as Trip Advisor as setting us apart from direct bookings and other competitors.
