I've since navigated through various roles before spending 10 years heading up the company's Product and Operations departments, gaining invaluable insights and expertise at all stages along the way.In August 2023, I led a successful management buyout (MBO) with the support of private equity funding, marking a significant milestone in my career and the company's growth. This achievement is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and vision that I and my team have invested in Artisan Travel.My leadership philosophy is based on my passion to support and empower my wonderful team to achieve their full potential. I believe in fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive, enabling my team to take ownership of their work and drive the company toward achieving its goals.
