As a UI/UX Designer, I focus daily on improving lives by creating exciting and thoughtful digital and physical experiences that solve real problems. My 13+ years in all types of service roles including Retail, Finance, Animal Husbandry and Healthcare helped me realize the significance of human-centred design and how they severely impact all parts of life. Born and raised in California, USA and then moving to New Zealand then Australia with a Taiwanese family heritage, I have developed a strong international background and have tried to consciously create a positive global footprint wherever I go. My strengths in all my customer centric roles have lead me to right where I need to be, right here, to create and empower to better the lives of those around me. My empathetic and open approach drives the success of my creative problem solving which can be clearly shown in my wide range of environmental workplaces. Being in a dynamic, co-operative, caring and goal-focused environment is where you will see me shine and thrive best. If I am not seen helping others and expanding my mental (and physical) horizons you will find me at home with friends playing board games or cuddling with my four fur babies ! Two fluffy bottomed corgis, a very vocal ragdoll and an over-dramatic golden british shorthair to say the least.
