Working closely across a variety of divisions including Investment, Office Leasing, Industrial and Retail in the design visual aspects of marketing collateral for large assignments and new listings. Responsible for promotional branding and developing new brand concepts for large projects.

Worked alongside project leaders and playing a vital role in the branch through quality graphics and project support to all areas of the company’s practice. Conceived and designed visual concepts to best convey messages to their intended audiences while being aligned with project teams and client expectations, vision, and overall deliverables- Worked with a wide variety of non-communications professionals to enhance the quality of their visual communications through infographics, proposals, reports, presentations, posters, and public engagement materials.- Administration of various phases of projects from proposal initiation, design, procurement, and project completion.

Worked with the CEO and the corporate executive committee providing input in the development and visual interpretation of all communications and marketing collaterals. Participated and contributed to several award submissions, major partnership opportunities, and corporate/marketing initiatives.- Designed corporate visual communications for both print and digital — brochures, tradeshow booths, award submissions, advertisements, presentations, infographics, proposal/report designs, documentation and presentation templates, web, email, signage, invitations, technical diagrams/charts, and other print and digital collateral- Was involved in the preparation and delivery of responses to requests for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Qualifications (RFQs) and Proposals (RFPs). Coordinated the work of all individuals/groups involved, and designed the presentation package.- Created a mural that includes the Company’s multi-disciplined services.- Coordinated internal and external events including tradeshows and open houses.

Macdonald Commercial Real Estate Services Ltd. // 2009 — 2011 Reported to the President and supported more than 20 brokers in two offices to provide graphic design and administrative support.- Designed and prepared ads, sales brochures, proposals, self-promotions, and office circulation in HTML for new listings and recently sold properties internally and externally.- Assisted in preparing sales documents and researches.

Reported to the corporate communications manager, and worked closely with the PR team and senior management to provide graphic design support for the company’s public and investor relations initiatives in 14 locations across North America.- Led a major role in the company’s new branding. Tasks include redesigning logos, stationery, business card, presentation folder and company’s marketing collaterals.Worked with PR and Communications to create themed events for clients. Assisted with sourcing, brainstorming, and branding of client giveaway items.- Streamlined web-based marketing processes by creating Outlook templates for use in RSVP, invitations, and cards in HTML.- Drafted technical diagrams and charts for proposal, manuals, reports, and presentations, and coordinated the production and delivery of proposals.
