I qualified as a personal trainer in 2017 and I have been passionate about empowering women ever since, to find their true potential. What started as a general personal trainer and Bootcamp coach, has turned into a life long passion to help women learn about and get in the driver's seat of their body. . My Mission is to coach and support women to live their best life during & after pregnancy, or after gynaecological or abdominal surgery. Helping women to connect to their body and learn to live their best life with the help of our services and the help of allied health professionals. I firmly believe that you shouldn't need to put on a pad to exercise and "bouncing back" is a 4 letter word.

I am an English-born artist, who after much travelling, has settled down in beautiful New Zealand. Having been spoilt with a vast array of views, scenes, and countrysides, I have found myself specializing in capturing the beauty of nature. I am constantly taken aback by the beautiful world around us, and I use acrylic paint, vibrant colors, and quick brushstrokes to bring my romanticized view back to life. I also work with watercolors, which allow me to capture delicate details and the subtle nuances of the natural world.I often refer to photos that I have taken, but I am also interested in "plein air" painting. This helps me to learn how to best capture ever-changing light and movement.In addition to my broader portfolio, I am currently illustrating native flora and fauna of Aotearoa for my daughter's room. I am part of a group of personal trainers who are passionate about increasing the standards of our industry by supporting other personal trainers in our region.We are all volunteers who host monthly meetings to help educate and support our local trainers.

The Women in Fitness Association (WIFA) is a global non-profit organization that exists to support womenof all ages and races to succeed both professionally and personally within the fitness industry. WIFAmembership includes quarterly virtual meetings, live gatherings, mentorship pairing, networkingcapabilities, speaking and presenting opportunities, and blog contributions.

I was a member of Boot It Fitness for a year until I was made redundant. I loved the environment and the way that I felt when training so much, that I took on a license to run the program in my own location.I learned so much about building a business from the ground up. From marketing to taxes, as well as coaching and motivating my members during their 6am Bootcamp sessions. Most people would prefer to stay in bed at that time, but the 6am class was always my most popular, with some members staying with me for the 5 years I was open. It was like training friends in the end. I would still be running it now if I hadn't moved away.

I was asked to do the social media for the Leading The Charge electric vehicle road trip.That road trip lasted for 3 weeks and afterwards I was asked to stay on to do their social media.

Opening and closing of the store.I assisted customers in finding the perfect clothing for their adventure. Usually hiking or skiing.Getting to know the customer's story was the main part of serving them. Building a rapport meant that we could give them the best service, and best product.

Managed diaries for owner and buyers.Arranged look books for buyer meetings.Worked in the factory shop, opening, closing and handling cash.Moved to factory shop during a company takeover where I was made redundant. Helped to sell what stock we could and pack down the warehouse.

Booked in clients for audiologist and ear nurse specialist.Placed the orders for hearing aids and repairs.Applied for funding.Liased with Hearing Aid ManufacturersTroubleshooting faults with hearing aids.Checking clients ears for wax before appointment.

Tested patients hearing using puretone audiometryFitted hearing aids to real ear measurement.Took impressions of patients ears for moulds.Serviced and adjusted hearing aids using NOAH4

I am now a qualified Hearcare Assistant.Promoting hearing aids to the optical customers and providing information on appointments, wearing and caring for hearing aids.I have taken a variety of appointments under supervision since the start of my training in September 2012 to May 2013. I have since been on the reception desk, organising the hearcare clinic, booking appointments and doing telephone consultations with patients.

Currently a trainee Hearing care assistant. Most of the week I am on reception. Booking in patients handling phone calls.
