Monitor changing regulatory requirements. •Help develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction during the initial product/service enrollment, setup/fulfillment and ongoing product support.•Handle complex or escalations from customers or branch associates providing seamless delivery of Treasury Services product setup and fulfillment.•Solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include gathering additional information, managing customer expectations and partnering closely with internal departments (Operations, Technology, etc.) and vendors to resolve problems.•Respond to customer request for assistance in resolving issues with positive pay, payroll and preauthorized payment files including problems with format (e.g. conforming to bank and industry standards), transmission of data and related issues.•Monitor delivery system to ensure system is available to customers and that all interfaces to downstream systems (e.g. mainframe) are functional.
