Vice President, Talent Acquisition
CurrentReporting directly to the CHRO throughout all Serco positions, leading the Talent Acquisition department for Serco, Inc. North America division (9000+ employees) $1.8B estimated revenue annually. The team is comprised of approximately 55 geographically dispersed managers, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators, grown from 10 in 2019. The team preforms recruiting and onboarding coordination, staffing strategies, and proposal support to include written content and participation in color teams. Serco’s portfolio is vast across various programs in Defense Services, Citizen Services, the Intelligence Community and Local/State contracts. Oversee staffing analysis and solutions, process and procedures, legal, compliance, outreach (Veteran, DE&I), sourcing, branding and advertising, vendors, and employee training and development in coordination with Human Resource Leadership, Executive Management and Talent Acquisition leads from Serco’s other divisions in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and corporate offices based in England.• Leadership member of SercoVets Employee Recourse Group (ERG), member and mentor of SercoWomen ERG.• Member of the Serco 401(k) Advisory Committee and assists the CHRO regarding the Human Resource budget.• PwC Saratoga Benchmark Survey Board of Advisors representing Serco.
