Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in tackling some of the most complex challenges facing business. If I’m told it can’t be done, that’s when I dig in and find a way by operationalizing the resources, staff, and strategies to move the business forward. This has been the theme of my career, having driven cultural, business, and technology transformation for multiple organizations. My focus has been on building efficiencies and leveraging technology to scale businesses and achieve business objectives. I am skilled in aligning technology with the business, while positioning IT as a strategic partner that adds value across the organization. I connect deeply with my staff where I instill confidence through employee empowerment while advocating for enterprise-wide collaboration.
