My job title officially changed to Internal Communications Manager in 2017 but I've led internal communications for over 8 years. From launching weekly videos and podcasts to targeted internal audiences to introducing an internal communications app with a 76% adoption rate, I'm constantly driving myself and my team to innovate within communications and engage our audience when and where they need it.

As the manager of Operations Services, my team led the change management function at Chipotle. I was responsible for developing the strategic plans to ensure the successful execution of hundreds of rollouts - from menu launches to internal systems updates. Working side-by-side with operations and corporate stakeholders, I continuously worked to improve rollout timing and the cascade of information from Officer to front line employee.
