Owned and managed franchise business. Responsible for all elements of running a small business including marketing, events, planning and budgeting. The business survived the pandemic by continually adapting services offered and digital marketing campaigns.

Managed team of 15 people through the peak trading period, covering own websites and all 3rd party channels. Planned all trade activity, adapting continuously based on results. Key driver of clear communication strategy for external campaigns and internal processes.

Accountable for £200m area of the business.Planned and traded womenswear & sportswear delivering against sales, profit, and low terminal stock targets. Multichannel approach to make required strategic and reactive business decisions. Worked collaboratively with all channels B2B & B2C globally. Key stakeholders included the Executive Committee at weekly trade meetings.

Designed and implemented key processes within the ‘stock to live’ journey, reflected directly in online sales. Instilled a data focused approach within the ecommerce team and wider business. Managed the Zalando partner program model from initiation to successful trading, followed by further new partners/channels. Integrated 3rd party marketplace system as first customer. 1 year secondment to Wholesale Trading Manager. Full multichannel view achieved enabling process and people efficiencies across functions.

Worked within the Ecommerce teams of Evans, BHS, and Wallis.Completed all Arcadia merchandising training and successfully promoted through each level. Responsible for trading wallis.co.uk, including owning the trade calendar, sale/discount planning and weekly executive trade meetings.
