Transformed the Foundation’s $450 million portfolio, shifting from passive to active management and fund of funds to direct investments across private equity, private credit, real assets and hedge funds. Designed and implemented new risk monitoring and created a custom rebalancing strategy. Worked with the Board sub-committee to review and update NWAF’s mission investing strategy. Responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence, implementation, monitoring and reporting on both financial and impact metrics for the strategy which exceed an ambitious $30 million target in just three years.
