Amy Fosbenner (Leeds) is the President and Founder of Fosbenner Financial, LLC. As a Financial Advisor, Amy focuses on custom investment plans for clients, ensuring all their needs and requirements are met for their 1031 exchanges and overall financial portfolios. Some of her focuses include securitized real estate via the Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) and Tenant-In-Common (TIC) custom offerings for 1031 and 1033 exchanges, Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund's for tax deferral on business sales and other appreciated assets, alternative Reg-D private placements for non-traditional portfolio diversification, retirement account planning, and many other investment needs. Amy works with Attorneys, CPA’s, Real Estate professionals, Qualified Intermediaries (QI’s), underwriters, investors and more nationwide, to provide the highest level of competent service for investors, professionals and their clients. Amy graduated Magna Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College in 2016. She obtained a dual degree; Bachelor of Sciences in Neuroscience and Bachelor of the Arts in Music, where she concentrated in Vocal Jazz performance. In her spare time Amy enjoys fishing, singing, boating, and all things real estate. She also enjoys participating in local charitable events and organizations.
