Manage all aspects of a portfolio that currently includes 1,555,151 sq feet of Industrial and 70.48 acres of ownership associations. Also oversee the maintenance of a portfolio of 585,648 square feet. Previously managed an additional 1,374,005 square feet of industrial properties, retail properties totaling 438,615 square feet and 300,000 square feet of office in my Real Estate Manager role. Oversee all operations, lease analysis, and financial activities of the mixed portfolio. Provide systems training to all new-hire employees due to my understanding and proficiency of the system platforms.

Focusing on maximizing ownership return on investment through proactive expense management. Striving to provide exceptional customer service to owners and tenants alike. Maximizing income and lowering expenses which add value to client assets while giving value to tenants. Assisted/managed a varied portfolio including but not limited to office, industrial, retail, receiverships, and truck parking terminals totaling over a million square feet.

Preformed property management administrative duties. Responsibilities included processing invoices/tracking, COI tracking and management, tenant work orders, lease abstracts, manual bills, and other administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities also included assisting the Project Manager in several high-profile project management projects including Kansas City Bar Association relocation/build-out and initial involvement in the Ewing Marion Kauffman School. Ownership of the primary building I was officed out of engaged CBRE in October 2011, employment was transitioned to CBRE at that time.

Employed as a contractor with PCI Building Services for Aquila, Inc in the historic 20 W 9th building. As the Assistant Facilities Manager, responsible for assisting the Facility Manager in all building operations within or on the Aquila property. These responsibilities were centered around the safety of the building occupants, compliance with all governing codes, and providing a comfortable and productive work environment. Responsibilities included: safety, efficiency, and building operations.
