I am a senior leader who delivers transformational change globally in professional and financial services. I have expertise in company leadership and boards, strategy, M&A integration, commercial effectiveness, communications and risk management. During my career, I've lived, worked and advised clients in North America, the UK & Channel Islands, Western Europe and Asia. I'm a Non-Executive Director at Canaccord Genuity Wealth International and also Board member at The Ladies’ College, a top-100 British school. I was previously Partner and Global Head of Commercial Effectiveness at Mercer-Marsh McLennan, a leader in pensions & investments, health and talent. Throughout my career, I have driven major business transformations. I was Director of Mercer’s Global Investment Forums, transforming the business to a digital model and driving global expansion. I also led post-merger integration of Mercer with JLT, two of the largest health and wealth businesses. Previously, I was Chief of Staff to the President & CEO. This global role encompassed the spectrum of corporate leadership work, including development and implementation of strategy and innovation, client relations, acquisition and internal start-up review, board interaction and government relations. Additionally, I headed engagement with the World Economic Forum, and the firm’s presence at the Annual Meeting in Davos. Before this, I was a strategy, risk and operations consultant at Oliver Wyman, a leading management consulting firm. I went on to be Global Director of Talent Management, driving talent management innovation, post-merger talent integration and performance management. I speak on topics related to my professional work and personal journey and have also published articles on the changing workforce and the impact of technology. I was a Chair of Women@Mercer, which brings together colleague development and the corporate community through thought leadership on diversity. Outside of work, I enjoy the outdoors and am a keen hiker and sailor, having sailed across the Atlantic several times. I hold a Masters from the University of Cambridge where I studied Law and History.
