• Define a product roadmap that balances user needs, retailer requirements, and business objectives.• Collaborate with clients to identify new features or enhancements that will improve their business.• Gather detailed requirements and acceptance criteria for all projects, leveraging AI tools for efficient data analysis and insights.• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional delivery team of Engineering, Design & Professional Services to align, develop and execute the product roadmap.• Utilize the latest AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity across all stages of product development.• Manage and prioritize the backlog; communicating status updates to the larger organization.• Serve as the primary contact for product-related inquiries.• Write, review and keep documentation up-to-date with a focus on going beyond the step-by-step and explain why the client wants to use a feature and how to optimize.• Follow Agile process with development team to ensure quality and timely delivery of new features.
