Associate Director (Chief Program Officer)
Current- Responsible for overseeing program administration, program planning, and quality assurance of agency programs. Supervises Program Directors and Program Staff, collaborating closely with the Executive Director to ensure.
- Engage in Strategic Planning and community-wide planning, implementrecommendations, and assess effectiveness regularly.
- Interview, hire, train, and evaluate program directors; provide supervision and support.
- Collaborate with vendors and the Management Team to select and maintain databasesystems for client data management.
- Maintain policies and procedures aligned with best practices in service delivery.
- Assist program directors in developing annual program budgets and monitoringexpenditures.
