As the Marketing Content Manager at Career Step I oversaw the production and strategy of the marketing content across 4 different brands: Career Step, ACLS Certification Institute, Code3 CME, and Medic-CE. Specific areas of focus included email, website and landing page content, success stories, social media, thought leadership (white papers and webinars), and public relations. I worked closely with the marketing product leads as well as the sales teams to make sure marketing provided the content they needed to be successful and also oversaw a team of outsourced and internal writers, editors, and producers.

As the Marketing Communications Manager at Career Step I created or project managed all the marketing content for the company’s direct to student, academic partnerships, and corporate training divisions. Content included email, website and landing page content, success stories, social media, thought leadership (white papers and webinars), and public relations.

As the PR and Marketing Associate at HammerTap I worked closely with the Director of Public Relations and the Director of Marketing to connect with potential customers through a variety of tactics including webinars, blog posts, and educational email campaigns.

As the Public Relations Specialist at BYU Broadcasting I managed all public relations and promotions for the weekly, BYU TV sports show “True Blue.” My activities included developing and implementing a communication plan, producing press materials, pitching to the media, and managing web and social media content.

As a Production Assistant at BYU Broadcasting I helped on a number of BYU Broadcasting and BYU Television productions including sporting events, interviews, devotionals, and more.
