Director Of Credentialing Operations
Current•Lead a team of 100 employees responsible for delivering primary source verification services to customers, including, but not limited to, hospitals, surgery centers, payers, health plans, and managed care organizations• Provide leadership, direction, and strategic planning to assure CVO services are meeting the needs of the customer•Standardize, direct, and track efficiency of primary source verification services, processes and policies that demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation bodies while achieving key performance indicators for turnaround time• Manage compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards as well as symplr CVO credentialing policies and procedures •Provide expertise in the areas of primary source verification processes, credentialing, and re-credentialing practitioners in alignment with NCQA, TJC, AAHC, DNV, URAC, CMS and any other applicable state and federal regulations • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing and evaluating processes. Identify areas for further alignment, process improvement, and address any gaps or deficiencies that arise•Responsible for staffing, evaluation, and performance management of the department
