I have an entrepreneurial spirit that I have developed through my work as an HR leader and a small business owner. I love taking my ideas and working to make them a reality. As a multifaceted professional, I leverage my business knowledge with strategy and people to be successful. Growing up in Delaware and playing field hockey throughout my youth I acquired a strong love for the game. So much so, that I played for the D1 team at UCONN. While at UCONN, I not only fed my love for field hockey but also for business and communications. When it came time to pick a career I knew I wanted to be in business with an emphasis on people, so HR was a natural fit. In 2016 I decided to take a break from working full time, to devote more time to my family, and I became a contractor with Post Road Consulting. While working with PRC I am able to stay connected to the business world and feed my love of training and LinkedIn!In addition to my consulting work, I coach field hockey to girls ages 6-18. In 2013 I started a small business; Aim Athletes Field LLC. Aim Athletes is a club team that practices in Newtown, CT.
