The People Operations Manager serves as the Human Resources point of contact and provides execution of talent management programs and projects for the Consulting business unit (1,410) including FTE, interns and Contractors. The People Operations Manager assists with the following programs and processes to attract, develop, and retain talent to meet and exceed firm-wide strategic goals:o Performance/Career Managemento Campus Recruitingo Manages business unit new hire orientation (virtually and in-person), onboarding, integration and communicationso People Operations communicationso Support the execution of firm-wide initiativeso Grow and sustain relationships with business unit employees from staff through Partner levelo Deliver updates to business unit leadershipo Take part in talent review sessions for all personnelo Administer exit interviews and support the business units off-boarding processeso Coordinate and perform employee relation processes, talent management programs, and projects including tasks related to promotions, talent sessions, evaluations and compensationo Conducts continuous redesign of essential business operations and tracks items relevant to business unit policies such as certifications and leave of absenceso In charge of HR transactions, reporting, processing, and tracking of staff activity changes (including transfers, relocations, salary adjustments, etc.)o A part of implementation team for transition from SAP to Workday HRIS
