With over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who has successfully led and delivered complex and strategic projects across multiple geographies and markets. As the Executive Vice President of Energy Transition at John Crane, I was responsible for developing and executing the company's vision and strategy for the energy transition, leveraging my expertise in energy policy, technology, and sustainability. I partnered with key stakeholders, customers, and regulators to identify and pursue new opportunities and solutions for the low-carbon economy. As part of the Smiths Group leadership team, I created the sustainability strategy roadmap and presented to investors. I am a Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where I participated in the Women's Global Leadership Program. Previously, I held various senior roles at Schlumberger, where I managed global accounts, global stewardship, worked on strategic marketing, and managed operations teams. I have a strong background in managing transformative change, particularly in technical domains / engineering services. I am driven by a mission of advancing the energy transition and creating a more sustainable and resilient future for the planet. I enjoy working with diverse, international teams. I speak French, along with basic Dutch and Spanish.
