• Engage as a business partner to the Global CEO • Proactively advise the Global CEO on key initiatives • Partner closely with the global Executive Leadership Teams on activities in support of business strategy, planning, and financials• Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to departmental operations and process issues• Perform industry standard executive assistant duties to the Global CEO (complex calendar management, domestic and international travel, expenses, meeting organization onsite and offsite department meetings)• Organize, support and travel to speaking engagements and events • Support event planning for the Global CEO including events, meetings and offsite gatherings• Lead/ coach a dynamic administrative office team including assistants, executive assistants and office managers with the United States. • Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures• Build relationships with the admin community both internally and externally• Manage department budget • Be knowledgeable in office policies and procedures• Build relationships with key vendors and customers• Partner with Global EA’s supporting other C-Suite leaders within the organization

In this possition I negotiated all contracts for the various packaging needs for the company. This included tissue for gift boxes and and wrapping of breakables, gift ribbon, corregated cardboard, gift boxes, bubble wrap , Geami products, lables and shopping bags. I developed long standing relationships with all vendors and worked directly with sales and development to ensure all our quality needs and requirements were met. Cost control and cost regulation along with internal ordering of all supplies. I managed one order entry associate who managed the day to day ordering into the internal system of all supplies.

Supported the Sr. Director of Distribution for Crate and Barrel. Along with administrative duties I assisted in preparation and implementation of all warehouse budgets. Created and updated various productivity reports. This possition was more of a strategic possition allowing for negotiations of various contracts and managing of the onsite cafeteria and cost controls for the department. This role was more of a support role to the Sr. Director along with support to the entire distribution and logistics team.
