Current•Supervise and Manage the Intern Recruitment Team for Medical City Healthcare.•Responsible for mid-point and yearly evaluations for employees.•Successfully contribute to the hiring of 600 plus interns per year. •Elected member of the Employee Advisory Group for HCA.•Organize yearly intern events.•Recruiting experience in hospital leadership, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nursing, interns, allied and support staff.•Conduct quarterly rounding’s with hospital managers to discuss retention and recruiting progress. •Creating retention plans and tracking analysis for evolving areas of improvement.•Cultivate relationships with corporate and hospital leadership.•Partnered with various HR facility teams to successfully place realigned employees.•Attend and manage job fairs at various locations throughout the United States.•Attend and manage conferences throughout the United States. •Track recruiting metrics through analytics program and report metrics to management and division headquarters.•Proficient in Taleo, Outlook, and Microsoft office.
