Amy guided us through the vision for the facility and what to expect for our child; we chose to enroll immediately, well before the actual open date of the facility. From day one, her communications surpassed expectations, helping otherwise nervous parents understand new developments, her engaging new ideas, and to feel fully at ease throughout. From our very first visit, Amy connected with my 2 year old, who always looked forward to seeing Amy each day. While there were tough mornings as does happen, I always thought it was amazing that Amy would happily step back from her duties to spend time with the kids one-on-one, read a book, or console. Her welcoming demeanor resulted in my daughter bursting into Amy's office nearly every afternoon for a goodbye hug, which I found nearly impossible to stop; Amy would simply smile, being eminently gracious.
