Executive Officer at ANC, reporting to the CEO and supporting the Executive Leadership Team. I love to help in any and every way that I can, whether that be by supporting the Executive Leadership Team to deliver on their goals and targets or helping the wider team with what they were working on.

As PA to the National Manager of Sales, I was responsible for ensuring Wayne Shepherd was organised and had everything he needed to lead the team.I also worked with our team to develop client KPI reports, data analysis both internal and for our clients. By being meticulous in our reporting and working through this with our clients, we discovered invaluable insights. It can be delivery times, best routes, demurrage and many other measurements. For the client, the information often drove costs down and performance up. For drivers, the data presented opportunities to spend less time waiting, and more time doing extra deliveries and earning more. A win win for everyone involved.I also lead our amazing support team in the Philippines who helped ANC to deliver excellent customer service outcomes for our clients and their customer.

Before working with Wayne in National Sales, I was PA to ANC’s GM of NSW, Brett Randall. Being in this role allowed me to acquire a lot of expertise in many departments within ANC. I was working on all sorts of different tasks and I had to learn to adapt quickly.I’m very grateful for the personal and professional skills I gained from this experience which I now use every day in my current role at ANC.

I started my career with ANC in customer service where my number 1 goal was to make every phone call a pleasant experience for our clients and drivers. At ANC, we're on a mission. Transitioning from my previous jobs in hospitality to ANC, a desk based job, made it difficult for me to maintain my fitness. I was no longer getting exercise while working. I started out with a personal trainer and began to develop a passion for health and fitness which motivated me to get an education in the fitness industry. It’s one of those useful life skills to have, regardless of whether you make a career of it. I started my own business while still working full time with ANC. During this time, I became very good at effectively managing my time and working with different personalities. The skills and knowledge I gained from this experience have been invaluable in my job today as EA to GM National Sales at ANC. Being passionate about health and fitness has taught me that getting somewhere in any aspect of your life whether it be at the gym, at work or at home, takes hard work and dedication. The most important thing to remember is:Good things don't come to those who wait - they come to those who work hard and never give up!!!I always bring my hard working “Yes We Can” belief and attitude to everything I do in life.

Before ANC, I worked in hospitality, my first job was at The Coffee Club and then I moved onto Gloria Jean's Coffees.I learnt a lot about customer service and working in a team, I got the job at ANC because the managers used to come and get coffee from Gloria Jean’s every morning before work. I was noticed for my friendly, hardworking attitude and great customer service skills. Finally an opportunity became available at ANC and that’s where my journey began!
