Perform preliminary eye exams and assist in scheduling/registering patients. My main focus is customer service. I strive to connect with each patient and make them as comfortable as possible during their medical exam. I take confidentiality extremely serious. I have great knowledge with ExamWriter, our electronic medical records software. I also use OfficeMate for general patient information, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.

Head pharmacy technician. Managed all medications for 900+ inmates. In charge of ordering, dispensing, and inventory of all medication on site. Retained a close relationship with our medical supplier. Worked closely with medical staff to ensure all pharmacy regulations were being followed.
