Manage portfolio of enterprise-wide development projects to support Back Office Operations covering multiple phases and applications. Responsible for meeting scope, schedule and budgetary requirements within departmental guidelines and quality goals.Strategy development and execution for operations handling all Consumer Mobility eCommerce for new new and existing customer order provisioning and fulfillment. Coordinate of external vendors and/or employee resources. Work closely with client organizations, development teams, quality assurance, architecture and operations to ensure business needs are met with a focus on customer experience improvement, risk reduction and revenue generation.

Manage day-to-day Back Office Center Operations including but not limited to: order quality, shipping service level adherence, operations performance reporting and fraud management. Create, implement and evaluate order processing and inbound call center methods and procedures. Oversee status reporting, project schedules, milestone and dependency identification, risk assessment, budget controls, issue escalation and resolution.
