In 2009, Amy founded Collective Bias®, the leader in shopper-focused influencer marketing. As Chief Client Officer, Amy oversaw Collective Bias’ operations and its influencer community Social Fabric®. In 2016 Collective Bias was acquired by Inmar Intelligence and she currently serves as SVP of Customer Excellence, leading the organizations Media and Retail execution teams. Amy has 20+ years experience in shopper marketing, working with national retailers and brands. Honored on the Arkansas Business and NWA Business Journal‘s “40 under 40” lists, Amy has also appeared on Forbes’ list of one of 11 female entrepreneurs who started amazing companies in their annual coverage of “America’s Most Promising Companies.” Collective Bias was listed in the “Inc. 5000" and named one of Forbes’ “Most Promising Companies” three years in a row. At the core, Amy has a passion for developing high performing teams and is fueled by bringing together teams of individuals that have a shared vision and purpose of putting your people and clients in the forefront and equally motivated to find ways to “do it smarter”. She hopes the practice of positive leadership will help those to find their own success in leading high achieving teams. Amy is also a wife and mother who is passionate about faith and community service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NWA Mercy Health System, Arvest Bank Group and the Start-Up Junkie Community Venture Foundation.
