Key responsibilities are to process customer transactions in a professional and timely manner while promoting products and services to help with their financial needs.  Manage daily, all cash control of the branch, ordering and clearing of cash Oversee staff duties and responsibilities of all other tellers Safe custody, keys and combinations officer, responsible for safe opening,  Regular changing of combinations and oversee other key custodians Securities Officer – responsible for alarm testing and security procedures Order and balance international monies arrange for clearance when required Assist the Customer Service Officer Attend to maintaining the branches Term Deposits portfolio Servicing all branch walk in customers on the counter for depositing  Withdrawal of cash requirements Recognising customers requiring referrals to different segments of the bank Daily cash balancing, cash clearing to 1st teller Attend to daily reports issued on customers account management – overdrawn or accounts in arrears
