I am a member of the disabled community and creatively do what I love as a Director and Photographer for my Company Carlon and Co. Based in Geelong (we travel) offering photography and videography.Helping solve creative problems, create content and bring awareness and understanding to working with subcontractors who are disabled. With experience in marketing, social media and project management I enjoy connecting with a range of businesses through our creative solutions.My role is to not only capture (but I do love to take. good photo, haha) what you need but to facilitate what your business needs. We don’t expect you to be an expert at everything and that’s why if you have creative questions I am here to fill in the blanks for you! Think of me as your new biz bestie. We are a photography and videography creative studio that makes navigating creative services easier.I have always had a creative passion and photography was my way to express this. With limited mobility growing up due to my physical disability photography was my way of being involved. Fast forward many years down the track with improved mobility for the time being I have found a passion for helping those who need creative support with both photo and video. Working with businesses is my favourite part of my company. The complex nature of each entity and the vast knowledge I gain on every industry I work with continues to make me feel to grateful for the vast range of talents we all individually hold. My business impact is more then just analytical results for you and I but the ability as a a disabled person to work and evolve business processes and the way we work and consider those with disabilities in the work place. Being disabled in a world that is not made for us is challenging and I throw myself at that challenge daily to create better results for myself and my business.
