Colombia, Venezuela, IMC Third PartyAct as the key single point of contact between the Commercial Teams and the Supply Chain Function. To work together with the customers to optimize the supply chain flows between DIAGEO and its customers.Objectives: Manage KPI’s per customer to ensure a minimum of 95% OTIF and Case Fill Rate, on time billing, manage incoming credit and debits, manage sku portfolio and pricing, manage customer data proactively – 100% accuracy• Collation and entry of sales orders. Day to Day Order capture and execution Activity, Di and domestic order (foc, samples, promo orders), Direct Communication with Plants in origin Create the Master Instructions for FF, and all the goods documentation (packing List) Sent the Delivery Goods, booking, documentation release• Control of skus, prices, portfolios and booking arrangements. Documentation management (Bill of ladings / Invoices / Certificates) Creation of reports, debit and credit notes, Receive and Process Claims, Credit Notes, Invoices, SAP Management• Encourage the development of markets/ coordination of physical inventories. Forecast,• Preparing service agreements, Dealing with customer concerns, Customer Collaboration, Dealing with customer service issues within pre - defined parameters• Commercial collaboration with customers
