• Silkcraft of Oregon is headquartered just outside of Portland, Oregon. As an industry leader we design and produce a wide array of floral containers, arrangements, and permanent botanicals for retailers throughout the US.• Responsible for the full development and design direction of Silkcraft seasonal and year round collections • Communicate daily with overseas agents to collaborate with 40 factories in Vietnam, China and Indonesia. Coordinates sending containers to silk factories to be potted with plants• Coordinate and monitor samples insuring that measurements and costing specifications are met to maintain profitable margins• Materials being developed include ceramics, baskets, wood, metal, glass, resin, and fabric• Collaborate with buyers weekly/ seasonally to create collections that appeal to consumer and meet retail goals

• Managed and Elevated knit design process for +$800 million sock business across multiple global categories Basketball, Football, Baseball, Sportswear, Tennis, Global Football, Women’s Training, Men’s Athletic Training, Action Sports, Young Athletes• Collaborated with Development, Innovation, Product Management and Merchandising partners and manufacturers to ensure highest quality product, on time and on budget• Focused on an understanding of how knit responds to athletic movement• Collaborated with some of Nike’s top athletes including Lebron James, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Kyrie Irving, Serena Williams, NFL teams, NCAA Basketball/Football teams to create signature collections
