About Amy Han

I believe a great education for all students is the great equalizer for our country. I have dedicated 15 years to be an agent of change in the education space, perfecting and growing my leadership in schools, districts, and education non-profits. From teaching students, coaching teachers and school leaders to managing critical projects and programs focused on recruiting and developing leaders, I have a knack for operationalizing ambitious, bold ideas and letting you know what needs to happen tomorrow to actualize those ideas. Most recently, my passion has turned to external partnerships, career development, and executive talent matching. When I am not the CEO of my household and taking care of my two kids, I have applied my analytical skills and drive for results as a board member, often starting new boards from scratch.Areas of Expertise: Strategic Planning, External Relations, Data Management, Constituent Mobilization, Systems/Board Development, Talent and Fellowship Recruitment, Adult Virtual Learning, Event Planning
