CurrentAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, select and screen applicants, manage the interview process, advise on hiring decisions, negotiate offers, and track recruitment metrics. I proactively source candidates, update our ATS, and update myself on recruiting best practices.
