Oversaw the development, architecture and control of the company’s matrix management reporting structure. Included management financials, metrics & analysis and the full allocation of $1.6 billion of gross revenues and $700 million of operating expenses across both business lines and regions. Directed several critical financial systems implementations, ensuring a consistent migration toward integrated solutions.
