I have extensive experience and expertise in training and development. I have successfully created, updated, and scaled trainings on a large scale (200+ attendees). I have seen first hand how personal bias, stereotypes, and fears affect company culture and hiring practices. I have witnessed these stereotypes across diverse groups and various types of companies. People see differences instead of skills in all cases.
