Plymouth Learning Partnership (formerly PAPH) is a vibrant, innovative community interest organisation that is committed to making a difference to children’s lives.Having completed the Level 5 CIPD Human Resource Management, I assist and deliver HR training to members of the leadership team within schools, update and review the HR policies accounting for new legislation, write a termly HR newsletter, support schools with all HR issues, investigations as well as managing our corporate HR. As the Marketing Lead, I am working on opportunities to increase the organisation's exposure within the Plymouth business network, developing relationships and exploring collaborative working.

My role as Recruitment Manager for Specsavers Recruitment Services was to manage the strategic and operational delivery of all permanent recruitment solutions across the UK. SRS is Specsavers dedicated internal recruitment team, specialising in attracting and recruiting talented Optical, Hearcare and Retail professionals for all store positions. At SRS we aimed to develop long term relationships by working in partnership with all stores to proactively source appropriate candidates for all recruitment requirements.
