I am responsible for coordinating the behind-the-scenes activity for the ICO's concerts. I love managing all the details of scheduling, working with the staffs at our concert venues (the Schrott Center for the Arts at Butler Arts Center, among others), developing contracts, managing the music library and arranging for necessary equipment and instruments. I also enjoy managing the relationships with our ArtsPartners such as the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir, The International Violin Competition of Indianapolis, and the American Pianists Association. I coordinate the ICO's School Partnership program, scheduling our concert experiences and In-School Residency programs. I was also appointed project manager for the ICO Radio Broadcast, planning out the music and interview content for each week’s show.

I loved my job as an Independent Silpada Designs Representative selling sterling silver jewelry via home parties, catalog and internet sales. However, on July 31, 2016 this beloved company shut its doors after 19 years in business. I always loved the jewelry and the business model, and my favorite part of this job was being able to connect with customers and sister Representatives who enjoyed the quality and style of the jewelry as much as I did. I also enjoyed giving away hundreds of dollars worth of Free Hostess Jewelry each month!Silpada Designs offered me a wonderful career and life opportunity and I will certainly miss the experiences and people. As I transition away from this part of my career I thank my many hostesses and customers for making this experience one that I'll always treasure. I also thank Silpada Corporate for designing jewelry that excited me enough to begin my own business and providing me with a truly unique and exciting career path.

Worked on several temporary projects on an as-needed basis as an Evaluator. In this capacity, I learned state standards and passed evaluation qualification standards in order assign test scores to student responses for standardized tests.Promoted to Team Lead in March 2014. Again, on an as-needed basis, I have led groups of 5 to 28 adults when they were scoring standardized tests. Monitored the qualification process, accuracy and efficiency to ensure that the team was following client scoring standards. Answered questions that arose from evaluators during the course of scoring.Returned as Team Lead for spring projects from April - July, 2015.Returned as Team Lead for spring projects in March, 2016 until June, 2016.
