I have considerable experience representing retailers, restaurant chains and others to defend against state-wide and nationwide putative class action claims, including class actions filed in California, New Jersey and New York. I also have considerable experience representing construction companies, including prosecuting and defending clients in mechanic's lien foreclosure actions and defending against claims brought through California's Contractors State Licensing Board.
