My mission was now to empower leaders, parents, and couples to foster healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves, their children, employees, and others.With a wealth of experience spanning over 23 years, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and leaders create lives and relationships filled with meaning and joy. My academic background includes a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology/Psychology, complemented by specialized training in trauma, addictions, and relational health. I lead transformative journeys through immersion programs, like Coupleships Re-Imagined, helping people reconnect, heal old wounds, and strengthen their relationships. I also offer immersive experiences for leaders and individuals to uncover their relational blindspots, learn successful communication strategies, and create the opportunity for deeper connections.I believe in the power of relationships both at home and in the workplace.
