CurrentResponsibilities Include: - Building rapport with the all lines of business including Learning and Development.- Assessing training needs and audience for each project, scheduling training for 1000+ employees and managing the training calendar. - Developing/Designing in-person, virtual and web-based courses and assessments tailored to adult learners of all learning styles as well as auditing all training material to ensure employees have access to the most up-to-date information. - Developing/Designing training material such as facilitator guides, job aids, presentations, instruction videos and curriculum for multiple teams including train the trainer. - Facilitate courses for Retail, Contact Center, Commercial, Private Banking, Mortgage, Wealth and other lines of business within WSFS.
