Co-built comprehensive employee and retiree social activities program which was well respected and received for over 13 years in the Peoria-area by all participants. In addition to maintaining all functions as Social Activities Representative, managed and acted as lead contact for $300K social activities budget for all-encompassing event, excursion, athletic league and newsletter expenditures. Led daily planning and operations for the Peoria-area Social Activities Program to provide and encourage employee and retiree engagement opportunities. Planned, organized and delivered program execution for Peoria-area employee and retiree events and excursions, athletic leagues, discount ticket offerings and convenience services. Partnered with area organizations such as Sommer Park, Peoria Civic Center, Wildlife Prairie Park, Illinois Central College, Peoria Chiefs and Peoria Charter Coach to host employee and retiree structured events. Coordinated four to six employee/retiree bus trips each year consisting of ticket purchasing, charter reservations, attendee tracking, safety/security and routing to ensure seamless travel during trips. Examples include professional sporting events, Chicago holiday shopping trip and dinner theatre performances. Ensured strong company representation at various community events including Easter Seals, Children’s Home and St. Jude’s Hospital Foundation. Provided counsel and guidance to Caterpillar facilities outside Peoria-area regarding employee engagement opportunities.

Received contribution requests and conducted reviews to recommend appropriate fund allocation to Caterpillar Foundation’s manager.

Delivered full-scale administrative support to Corporate Labor Relations and Corporate Public Affairs departments.
