I have 19 years of experience as a consultant, executive coach, facilitator, and instructional designer. I am especially passionate about helping leaders create an others-focused strategy to influence stakeholders. I work with clients to enhance their communication skills in leading teams, strategizing, managing meetings, selling and presenting authentic messages, resolving conflict, and writing professionally. I have served as both a Sales Consultant and the Director of Training and Development for Exec-Comm in New York City. As a consultant, I managed a broad range of clients in law, pharmaceuticals, advertising, and HR consulting. As training director, I managed facilitator hiring and professional development, designed customized client programs, and revamped departmental processes. Prior to joining Exec-Comm in 2005, I had a decade-long career in the entertainment industry; I performed in feature films, network television, New York and regional theaters, and many national commercials.I graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's in English and summa cum laude from the University of Denver with a Master's in Organizational Communication.
