Amy has led diverse, global IT delivery teams in IBM for delivery of strategic outsourcing to clients including those from financial services, general business, supply chain and manufacturing across a wide range of IT technologies and disciplines. She held varied leadership positions including Global Process Owner, Delivery Project Executive, and Sector Delivery leader responsible for the roll-out of technologies, solutions and automation. She has experience in managing large operational budgets, P&Ls, and delivery compliance and quality.In May 2020, Amy was announced as the Practice Leader for Cloud Migration and Modernization. Before that role, Amy led engineering for all types of project services delivery, working across go-to-market, offerings, and delivery. She ran a similar engineering function for managed services delivery earlier in her career, and was excited to broaden into the new capacity-based business model. In addition, her team led the Project Management Profession for GTS, and she developed the roadmap for the Practice-based model for 2020.Previously, Amy led the IBM Global Account, supporting IBM's own internal IT, working directly with the IBM CIO. Amy led the global delivery team across the world, providing services for distributed, mainframe, database, application hosting, network, security, and end-user help desk functions. She led a first of a kind Agile implementation for Infrastructure services. Amy is passionate about people and collaboration. She recognizes the importance of bringing your authentic self to work and participates in mentoring, executive roundtables, and leadership development. She is an active member of the IBM Women's Diversity Executive Council. She lives in Wappingers Falls, NY, with a second home in State College, PA.
