In this role I worked with nine of Starkey’s international facilities, all located in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. In this newly developed position, I worked to build relationships with each facility to successfully execute on my role’s main responsibilities.Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing product launch strategy and ideas for APAC product launches • Help create international-focused marketing collateral for all global facilities • Communicate new product information and marketing assets available to APAC facilities • Manage day-to-day marketing requests and inquiries from Asia Pacific facilities • Seek out individual market needs and relay those needs to our corporate team, if the change had an overall positive impact for the organization • Lead and manage global trade shows with cross-functional teams at corporate office and at global facilities • Work with cross-functional teams to successfully execute all marketing projects with successful and impactful communication strategy, design, and development of marketing assets (print and digital) • Report activity and accomplishments in the APAC region to corporate marketing team to bring global awareness and understanding to our daily workMajor accomplishments: • Successfully helped manage and execute Starkey’s first all-digital product launch in the APAC region • Developed trusted relationships with individual markets • Delivered consistent global brand messaging throughout the APAC region • Led the execution of various non-product launch marketing campaigns
