About Amy Mateus

I am a Broker and Partner for my firm, Grace Group Realty and have been a Realtor® since 2004. In this time I have assisted in numerous sales and purchases of single and multi-family homes as well as an abundance of condominiums. I have worked often with a variety of buyers and sellers including first time home buyer's, empty nesters and growing families. This specific experience has made me very knowledgeable and well equipped to work with any home buyer or seller. I realize how overwhelming buying and selling a home can be and I work patiently with my clients to make sure that the purchase or sale of a home goes as smoothly as possible. I excel in multi-tasking and am a high-energy individual, a trait that tends to rub off on my clients, making our experience working together very efficient and enjoyable to all involved. Specialties: My specialty is working with First Time Home Buyers. The process of buying a home for the first time can seem a bit overwhelming even to the most knowledgeable home buyer. I believe it is vital to remember what it was like when I bought my first home so that I can easily relate to my first time home buyer clients and let them know that what they are feeling is normal and that the reward at the end is so very much worth the steps it takes to get there...BEING A PROUD HOME OWNER!!!
