I am a Broker and Partner for my firm, Grace Group Realty and have been a Realtor® since 2004. I have sold over 80 condominiums to mostly first time home buyer's and empty nesters in the last 2 and a half years. This specific experience has made me very knowledgeable and well equipped to work with any home buyer. I realize how overwhelming buying and selling a home can be and I work patiently with my clients to make sure that the purchase or sale of a home goes as smoothly as possible. My philosophy is that there is no such thing as a stupid question if you don't know the answer. I encourage my clients to ask as many questions as they need to. I take them through the process step by step and get them to focus on what needs to be done in the next few days or week rather than what needs to be done in the next month. This helps them to focus on the task at hand. Once they have completed a task I give them another to be completed and so on.
