My role encompasses driving quality and continuous improvement, while fostering effective collaboration and adherence to regulatory requirements.One of my key responsibilities is managing new product developments from inception to market launch. This involves working closely with stakeholders, including centres, learners, industry experts, employers, assessment and development expert consultants to ensure smooth execution of development projects. I oversee the entire process, from concept development, validation and product launch. By effectively coordinating the efforts of different teams and stakeholders, I ensure that projects are completed and meet all quality and regulatory requirements.I prioritise regulatory compliance by staying up-to-date with industry regulation. Implementing and maintaining quality management systems, contributing to quality audits and monitoring compliance are integral to my responsibilities.I also excel in delivering stakeholder webinars and organisational training. My strong communication and presentation skills enable me to convey complex information effectively. Whether providing training on quality processes, educating stakeholders about new products, or facilitating workshops on regulatory compliance, I aim to empower our teams and stakeholders.Building and managing stakeholder relationships is a critical part of my role.
