Responsibilities• Hand loaded bottles onto Filling machine table as well as hand packed 6-packs, cartons and pallets.• Operated semi-automated 6-packing machine.• Adhered to quality standards of all raw materials in running processes. • Inspected bottle fill heights and monitored label orientation.Achievements• Ran much troubled HMPS 6-packing machine at 3600 bottles per minute, a speed unattainable by any other operator. Technician from HMPS could not fix faults that appeared from day one, instead his diagnosis was “it runs great when [Amy] is the operator”
